Aimee Pilates Studio offers private Pilates classes and for more experienced clients duet sessions.

If you are looking for ’a standard class fits all' , you are however in the wrong place. Group reformer classes are not available here.

We believe that only - tailored to your body in the moment Pilates practice- will give you the most rewarding session that’s beneficial for your body.

All equipment in our studio is authentic which means it was made according to the original blueprints of J. Pilates’s own designs.

Our equipment is made by Gratz NYC and by Tecno Pilates.

Private Pilates lesson

You will be doing the Pilates Method guided by an instructor and according to your body's needs in that moment.
